C M Ipe – Founder & Chairman

Mr. CM Ipe is the proprietor of Vikas Rubbers and managing director of Floormate Rubber Products Pvt Ltd.

He is the founder of Vikas Group and has driven and motivated the company to succeed in its business. Hailing from a business family, he started a rubber band manufacturing plant in Kottayam, Kerala in 1977 to cater the demands of the Indian packaging supplies market. Quality, Reliability and fair trade principles was the key for his business and Vikas grew as a market leader in rubber bands in India.

Nobin Ipe – CEO

Mr. Nobin Ipe is a postgraduate in Engineering Management from University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. After his postgraduation from UK in 2011, he set up a new company in the UK, Vikas Polymers Ltd for the import and distribution of rubber floorings in the UK. Later in 2012, after establishing a strong foothold in the UK market, he returned back to India and diversified his family business into the manufacturing of rubber floorings. With his expertise in marketing, sales, production and financial management, he explored new trajectories for growth for Vikas in the flooring sector in the international market.

He is the CEO of Vikas Rubbers, director of Floormate Rubber Products Pvt Ltd and director of Vikas Polymers Ltd, UK.

Anu Nobin

Mrs Anu Nobin is a MBA holder from Rajagiri Insititute of Management, Cochin. After her postgraduation in Human Resource Management, she has worked in CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) as an executive and is a part of Vikas team since 2012.

She is the director of Floormate Rubber Products Pvt Ltd and a creative entrepreneur at Handcrafted Surprises.
